The owner Tony has been so helpful and helped me out so much! First off my logo looks SO AMAZING!!! He barely charged me anything for the website and hooked me up with the logo on top of it. He promised me the website and then went above and beyond with the logo. My website looks so incredible and it has pushed me to really focus on my business and make the most out of it. I've never been so happy and I'm so grateful that I found them. BIG shout out to Marketing Mountaineers!!! The thing I love about them is they went WAY over the top of what they said they were gonna do! He even checks up to make sure I'm on track with my business goals and helps me create innovative ideas. This is a diamond in the rough! It's a 6/5

I would NOT recommend Marketing Mountaineers. I paid them for 3 months up front, and the quality of their work was so poor, I cut the contract after 2 weeks. They neglected to input my feedback on design and text choice, and their advertisements were filled with typos (even in the hashtags!). While they agreed to provide a very small refund, I received nothing tangible from the partnership, so I lost 2/3 of the money that I invested. As a new business owner, this was incredibly disappointing, and a big setback. Small business owners watch out! This company is dishonest and unprofessional. Even the most amateur marketer would do a better job.

First off I admit I can be a very difficult person to deal with, secondly I accept nothing but the best out of my team and outside contractors.

All I can say is this group was amazing. They are by far one of the most professional agencies I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Caveat Emptor

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I hired them to create an explainer video. I wrote the entire script for them as the concept I was trying to explain for my customers was complex.

They completely changed the script without consulting with me first. When I went to cancel, I offered to meet them in the middle and still pay them half for their time. They fought me on this and made me feel like it was my fault. I ended up getting a 30% refund.

Here's the creepy part. I could have let the entire thing go, until they informed me that they recorded and filmed our initial in office visit without permission.

It was a total waste of time and money dealing with Marketing Mountaineers.

They performed the work with the revisions without talking to me. I ended up throwing their work in ther trash can. It's real simple. Communicate with the client BEFORE YOU MAKE THE REVISIONS.
