I'm surprised this place still has clients, because Everytime the ppl switch who's in the office, it's still the same disappointment. I've been sent to numerous jobs for things like warehouse stocking or loading trucks only to arrive at the site and the job itself knows nothing about me being sent for that position. Or I'm told that they were told I was sent there for assembly. I've had my check fluctuate for the same days for them to tell me its me changing my tax form, when I only filled one out the first job YEARS AGO!.. They are never straight forward with you, and often give the feeling that something else is going on. I would not be surprised if embezzlement is a thing going on here.

The recruiting team at manpower is one of the most incompetent teams iv ever Ben a part of I had a job at the Walmart DC for over 3 years as a lead for the freezer cleaning crew thru them. The contract got cut because they had Ben sending in people who never got told about the position being in a freezer and had a horrible turn over rate because of it. Do not use them

This agency used Facebook Messenger for correspondence to me about an application I put in. I have never had a staffing agency act in such an odd manner.

When I questioned some information the onboard process, especially since I have worked for other staffing agencies, I was made to feel
as if I was being over cautious. I also asked about a formal job offer letter and then was told in a Facebook Messenger that the position was rescinded because I questioned their methods.

I was informed by their branch manager that the issues would be reviewed but have not received any correspondence back. The staffing agent who messaged me on Facebook Messenger also blocked me on the application.

6 years of my life wasted. Moved back to IL from Kansas because my dad was dying of cancer. I set up an account with them. It took them SIX YEARS to set me up with a temp job that didn't work out. I kept coming in and asking for jobs. They wouldn't even look anything up, just "we don't have anything, we'll call you back when we do." Six years, no calls. I finally asked the reasoning. They told me it was because of my lack of jobs and that I should have gone elsewhere. I'm sorry, but my dad DYING OF CANCER was kind of more important than going to a hundred different temp agencies when I put my trust in them to get the run around for over half a decade. Imagine ordering a cheeseburger and 6 years later the waitress comes out and tells you you should have gone to a different restaurant.

Edit: Beware the reviews on their Facebook page. They block and delete negative reviews, two of them are almost word for word posted on the same day, and one is from Lisa McGrath who has worked at the office for years.

They were very rude when I called to ask about a job they told me there was no where open and told me they would have to see if I’m allowed back there. Which if you have no openings why would you have to check first.also I was informed that I was allowed back there months ago that I was welcomed to come back and call anytime.well I called them and they were rude Deffinetly won’t be going through them anymore.not to mention my boyfriend got shorted on his checks from them before.

Had a job I LOVED, the promised me full time but I never got it, literally didn’t have gas to drive to work ($170 a week is HALF my daycare a week!) so I quit the morning of, never got a call or question as to why or what can we do. The place is a JOKE!

This business is more of a hinder to people that are struggling than it is a benefit. Places like this make it impossible to be hired on full time with benefits, you'd have better chance of hitting the lottery, the jobs are temp to fire. Lol
