LGI Homes - Bisbee Ranch - Florence, Arizona

We bought a home in October of 2023 in the Florence Bisbee ranch and we definitely should have waited to get an inspection from an outside source. To state a couple issues that we addressed to the seller and contractor before being told that they will look into any issues at our 11 month inspection. Here are some pictures of what we noticed. All 6 kitchen lights have over cut, blocks for the gate doesn’t square up to the house and more.not to mention that if we have to get into the freezer that came with the house we were told to pull it out. They offered to switch it with another house but would void the warranty on it. The garage door issues we have are that other remotes have been reported opening neighbors doors. Jason was so glad to txt us a way to reset the door but wouldn’t come address the issues in person. Also the drainage from the sides of the house when it rains creates a pond on both sides. We suggest that you get any houses inspected even if the general manager Jason approves it before sale. Office members that we met with were amazing! Contractor not so much. Have pride in your work or change professions. We didn’t put all the pictures on our review.

I have been renting one of their new builds. Very low quality craftsmanship. I would expect low quality outlets and cheap carpet in a rental, which there definitely is, but there also signs of just poor craftsmanship such as sticking doors, uneven molding, and poor water sealing in the bathrooms.

On top of that, the windows are small, and there aren't nearly enough of them.

Overall, I definitely would not buy one of these houses.

the sales person was awesome heather. the prices are what can i say thru the roof ...every builder is the same right now. the homes are spec homes move in ready which is awesome. i would have to take all the equity out of my present home...give up my retirement lifestyle....to live in a smaller home..with no lifestyle facilities for seniors....that we have right now. so it was not even close to being tempted to buy. thank you heather for making us feel so comfortable and treating us with the utmost respect. i hope prices will come down in the good ole usa....so most families can afford a decent home again.

First off I'd like to say that my wife and I went to this office looking to purchase our first home. We were greeted by a representative by the name of Heather, who has been awesome at helping us figure out how to get everything in order to accomplish our goal. Even though we have a ways to go still, that has not stopped Heather or her coworkers from giving us all the help we have needed.The experience we have had so far has been straight forward and simple. Their end goal and ours are the same: getting us into our own home; However long that takes. We've already recommended LGI to several friends!

I would like to thank Heather and others for all the help with closing the documents which allowed early move in. Other homes typically take months for approval. LGI makes it easy. I have owned many new builds in my time but this home has quality upgrades built in. No long drawn option hassles and no pricing surprises. Heather spelled the number outright and in plain sight.
