Lori at the shop has been fantastic. My son wears an embroidered uniform shirt to school. My order was done quickly! After talking while dropping the set of shirts I needed work on I mentioned that I was having a hard time finding different color uniform shirts in his size. The next day Lori (went above and beyond) went to the store on her OWN personal time and picked up 2 shirts in different colors for my son and embroidered them for me. When my sons shirts were done on a Friday I wasn’t able to pick them up because I was heading to work, so she actually delivered them to my house. This is the best customer service I have received at ANY business and it has not gone unnoticed. Lori thank you! My experience with Legacy has been amazing! And I will be bring all of my future business to you, along with referring friends and family !

Very rude customer service from Amber. Finished product was not what I asked for and when asked to confirm my charges, I was hung up on. Then when I received my shirts they had bleach spots on them. Very upset and was a waste of my money. Would give 0 stars if possible. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
