I needed help with my company email and asked to speak to a live peraon. They responded wirh sending me a video that when i clicked on it did not work. I ask to speak to a live person again. The owner responded with " this is rhe owner and the videos work and your email is fine" . The attitude and lack customer service is horrible. They still refuse to actually call me because i have clients sending me emails that i am not receiving. Poor customer service. If i could give no stars i would. They are quick to take your money but unavailable to help you.

They keep calling me. I never signed up for their service, never visited their website, never downloaded any PDF, never even heard of this company before getting annoyed by so many cold calls from them. You guys probably want to check over your leads a little bit better?
