Proper smokehouse! Ribs and tri tip were on point. Coleslaw and potato salad were great and super fresh. If you like BBQ, you will LOVE this place. Hard 10 outta 10!

Randomly stopped by while traveling. What an amazing surprise! Styler was amazing! The drinks and service were perfect. We had the brisket (WOW!) And the Alabama sando (also wow!) I so wish this place was closer to home. 2 👍 up!!

Excellent ribs, I found the root beer too sweet. Will definitely come back. It's a busy place and I had to wait 35 minutes to be seated. There is a park nearby if you bring your kids for them to play while you wait.

Wait an hour to be seated while watching 3 tables empty that would accommodate. Then after seated, 2 beers later, and an hour as well, still no food. There is no line as well, never again. Waiter comes back and asks what we ordered, blaming the chef for forgetting. Tip for tonight, fix your sheeeeot!!!!

We moved to Placer County about a year ago and have been to this restaurant multiple times since then. Every visit has been such a great experience!! The food is always delicious and we are consistently greeted by the friendliest servers and hosts who make us feel so welcome. Being kid friendly is a big plus too!

The atmosphere, service, and quality of the food keep us coming again and again.

Great salad with fabulous brisket. Brisket was super fatty but there was still plenty of meat left after removing all of that fat. Nice misters outside. annoying flies but hey, that's the joy of outdoor dining. Friendly staff. I'd like to go back and try a cocktail since they looked delicious and reasonably priced.

This restaurant is a winner! There is patio, bar, and inside table seating. The vibe is casual rustic but I wore a sun dress on our first visit and I didn't feel out of place. They have a full, well stocked bar. The service is friendly and efficient.

We have tried their ribs, dirty grilled cheese, banh mi lettuce cups, and the brisket. They were all delicious. The brisket is my absolute favorite but the lettuce cups were a close second. The brisket is so perfectly cooked. It is tender, unctious, and so flavorful.

If I had one thing to complain about, it was the BBQ sauces, which were bland and runny. I am not big on BBQ sauces because I like to taste the meats, so it didn't bother me. My husband is a big BBQ sauce person and he also did not like the sauces but everything else was so awesome, he also wasn't bothered.

There is free parking behind the building. The restaurant is in the little downtown area.

We definitely recommend this restaurant.

excellent service, excellent food, highly recommend this place. wings are amazing
