I have rented through this company for 5 months and they have been great! The lady at the front desk is straight to the point, honest, and sweet to my kids! We were able to get things done quickly and got help quickly. Great customer service and quick responses.
I haven't had great experiences with rental companies so I was worried about renting through another one, but I am so so glad that we did! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I wish there was a way to give them negative stars. I stayed in one of their properties for one year. A month before I left, it had been raining for weeks. It finally was dry for a few days and I received a notice that if I didn't mow my lawn they would charge me a fee to do it. I asked them what the fee was. From my perspective if it was reasonable it might be worth it. They said "We don't know. We can charge you whatever we want. We get a bill from landscaper and you are responsible for it" I was appalled and asked for more clarification. They said I would just have to pay whatever they bill me. So I gave my notice.
After leaving, I left a few empty boxes in the backyard and a fully functioning washer and dryer in the laundry. I assumed they would take some of my deposit to remove the 2 cardboard boxes in the back and the washer and dryer. They could have and probably made money on the washer and dryer. My security deposit was over $1000. I received a bill from them for $200 dollars, after they kept my deposit.
These people are slime and stole my deposit. They sent my to collections as well. I hope that no one rents from them or uses them to manage their homes. There is low life, then there is Larry O Heer. I have met bad people in my line of work, but they take the cake.

The approval process was completed within 3 days!!
We had a problem with the central air and heating system after we moved in and they had the maintenance man AND the HVAC guy out THE NEXT DAY and all items were resolved!!!
Fast and efficient.....
Would rent from again.....
