This company is a joke. Waiting 4 weeks for transportation, the best they can offer is 6:09pm. But the bus routes provided online show the latest stop at 4:15. I’ve been calling for 4 weeks left voice mails for Mr.Smith the school has been in contact with them but no calls back to justify the time. I’m having to leave work early drive an hour or longer just to pick my kids up. Don’t offer transportation if you can’t accommodate parents getting on the bus at 2:45 and not being dropped off till 6:09 and we only live 8 mins from the school is absurd. (Maybe Mr.smith will actually call after seeing this post…. Highly doubtful)
