YO, THANKS LABORMAX FOR HOOKIN’ A BROTHA UP!!! – My name is Willie Metts, former truck driver and real estate investor. After gaining too many points on my CDL, going thru divorce, and losing all my rental properties post covid, I became homeless and out of work. I applied with LaborMax in December of 2022. As of date I am very grateful and very appreciative to continue to still be working with LaborMax in 2025. Over the years thru LaborMax, I’ve had the opportunity to work for many different restoration companies, the Cincinnati Reds Stadium, and just finished a job yesterday with a commercial construction company that builds commercial office space for businesses.
After reading the above comments, here’s the secret to differentiate yourself from your co-workers (and other employees looking for work thru LaborMax ). SHOW UP TO WORK ON-TIME (everyday), STAY BUSY WHILE YOUR AT WORK, SHOW RESPECT, and STAY OFF THE DANG PHONE WHEN YOUR SUPPOSE TO BE WORKING!!! If you do that the temp employer will give a good review to LaborMax on your performance and you just might get more work!
Compensation – As for compensation the pay isn’t bad!!! Oftentimes, the pay has been more than what other temp companies pay for the same or similar jobs! I even got a $20.00 tip from an employer last week for quickly completing the job in a timely manner! And, the same employer specifically request me by name for upcoming jobs and periodically buys pizza for lunch!
So overall, I appreciate Savannah and Robert for going above and beyond to keep Brotha Willie Metts happily working! Not to mention LaborMax even hooked my cousin Darius L. up with a full-time temp-to-hire job!
As for me and my experience with LaborMax, LABORMAX ROCKS!!!

This is one of the best temp services in the Kentucky and Cincinnati areas I been working for them for 2 years and counting they stay in touch with their employees and have great work environment to any job they send you I definitely would recommend them to anyone thank you for your encouragement

This place does not temp to hire they lied to you and string you along and keep you as a temp so that they can continue to make money off of you worked 90 days then they told me I had to work $720 hours now I'm coming up on that and now they're saying that I won't get hired on they can maybe give me a pay raise
