Even after being overloaded by 2400 pounds and had to drive a total of 110ish extra miles plus, next day make 5th wheel adjustments, in order to be able to even legally drive in Calif from Oregon, the staff here, from forklift driver to Jennifer in the office were incredibly nice and professional and helpful. Maybe I'm biased from the continuous contact with her but, I'd especially like to recognize Fernanda for simply being herself which is near perfect in my opinion Thousands of thanks to all and so happy to put a face to the name Fernanda, I'll never forget you and use you as a basis of comparison for other companies to emulate if they aren't particularly great at people skills or assistance and knowledge. I'd definitely deliver here again?

I've been a satisfied customer at the Prunedale store for over 10 years. I must say rarely do they NOT have what I need, the people there are always smiling and eager to help. This is as close to a perfect business model you could expect. Well done, we maintained, well managed, customer always right attitude, you just don't see that any more. Now ,I'm in Greenfield, as you probably know, they're ain't much here, if you need it you drive an hour to Salinas. Many thanx you guys. One suggestion : maybe you could carry some canine Parvovirus testing kits as well as a few others too, Parvo kills dogs so fast that ordering it, may be too late. Thanx again. And well done.

Your one stop shop for animal feed, doggy and cat food, AND western apparel. **Not to mention all kinds of other cool stuff. It has that hometown community feeling. The team members are friendly and knowledgeable. The company also plays a big role in the community, which is the biggest PLUS!
