I am so happy to have "found" Chelsy for meeting my computer needs. She is so personable, very knowledgeable, and, an excellent "troubleshooter ". I've had some tricky issues with my printer, and Chelsy was relentless and determined to find the root of the problem. She always makes every effort ro promptly help me, i.e. "same-day service " when possible.
I will most definitely trust her for all my future IT needs...she's a gem!!
