I am amazed at the level of service we received from Key Agency. We received our annual insurance bill, and where upset to see that our homeowners’ policy premium increased 62% over the prior year. Our previous insurance agency claimed that they shopped the market and could not find a better rate. They were non-responsive when we had additional questions. So we decided to shop Insurance Agencies, and our first and only stop was Key Agency. Jennifer at Key Agency found a rate that was 73% less than our new rate, and over 50% less than our rate for the last several years.
