KDE Technology recently reconstructed and redesigned my webpage. Their work was extraordinary! I chose to purchase the premier package and was not disappointed. One of the most appealing things about KDE is their promptness at executing revisions. During this process I noticed that KDE provided a representative (live person) who I could speak with or email. This was wonderful primarily because when dealing with redesigning a webpage and not having a solid grasp of computer lingo or operating code it was very nice to be able to actually explain to a live person what I was requesting. I have had a number of services like Squarespace handle my web site in the past. With these services I often felt like I was in no-mans-land when I needed to ask or explain technical questions. In other words, I felt all alone with little to no customer service assistance. That is certainly not the case with KDE! They are available and always willing to talk with you about what your needs are and to make sure your requests have been executed fully. I noticed that my experience with KDE saved me a great deal of time and that is important as a business owner because time is money. The service they provided was almost like a turn- key job where I provided them content and they creatively places it then I Okayed things. This was super nice and convenient. I would highly recommend their service. I have owned a small art business for over 10 years and know how important an aesthetically pleasing web site is to potential customers. Online purchasing is probably going to be a thing of the future more and more so having a nice web site is certainly something that a business owner need to put money towards.
