Traeger upgraded their app and as a result I was no longer able to connect my grill to WIFI. I spent AT LEAST 3 hours on line with Traeger to resolve the issue. No luck. I called Jade to get some answers and help and Sandra Marquez worked with me to resolve the issue and the grill is now connected to WIFI! I’M THRILLED!! Sandra helped me create a new network and hung in there with me while I went through the steps to get my grill back online. She was understanding, polite, patient, very knowledgable, and very, very helpful. THANK YOU!!! She gets the gold star!!?

Jade, and especially its technical support field crews, are AWSOME! To ultimately fix our internet, they had to pull and replace a 400 Ft. length of fiber and resplice all of the fiber lines at each end. But they did it!! We are very happy Jade customers in Cuchara!!!!!!! Thanks Jade!!!!!

Installer was courteous, punctual and very professional. He had my internet up and going in no time at all…..One year later having internet is buffering every few minutes. Now must use data and not watch tv because it is pausing every few minutes. Supposed to have fiber by mid December. You would think to give good customer service they would give a discount until the situation has been remedied, not Jade. They say they will call back before end of business day but do not. Very disappointed, not like last year at all.

Great connectivity and very nice helpful people from installation staff to office personnel. Had line of sight service which has now been upgraded to fiber optic connectivity. Got a nice bump to speed and actually will save $ as a mesh unit is no longer necessary to get to all areas of the house. They are quite good at follow up as well. You can trust and feel good about using these people and their services.
