The dealer kept me up dated as the mechanic progressed with trouble shooting the issue with my 98 Suburban. They were able to fit me in for the appointment much sooner than any of the other dealers. Let me know when it was ready for pickup. I for one will always appreciate customer care and service.

The staff is great! Great service and friendly. However, I've been having the same persistent problem with my vehicle for a year. A major problem with acceleration.
May car has been there 8 times in the last 12 months, I have paid over 4K and I'm still having the same problem, only this time, the problem is worse that it was before.
I'm becoming frustrated. Financially and mentally exhausted from the whole experience.

I had my car in for an oil change. Service person was friendly. Service was completed quicker than anticipated. Courtesy shuttle offered but I declined as I didn't need it that day.
