We deeply regret choosing Interstate Sign & Light for our new location's signage. Here's our experience, and I hope it serves as a warning to others before making the same mistake. First, we paid $28,000 for the signage, expecting a professional service and high-quality installation. On installation day, the team threw away two "Opening Soon" banners valued at over $2,000 without our approval or notice! When we approached their team to resolve this, their unapologetic response was simply, "It's gone." Soon after installation, problems started piling up. The letters on the sign were not properly installed and needed immediate corrections, which they reluctantly returned to fix. Fast forward 7 months later, when construction finally provided power to the sign—sections of it don’t even light up! Despite these glaring issues and their role in the original installation, Interstate Sign & Light absolutely refuses to come out and address the repairs. This company does not stand by their work, shows zero accountability, and fails in providing the level of service one would expect after such a significant investment. It's clear they prioritize profit over professionalism and customer satisfaction. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to AVOID Interstate Sign & Light. Unfortunately, we trusted the positive reviews—clearly fabricated, based on our experience and now face both unnecessary expenses and frustration. Do your research and choose a company that values its customers and takes pride in their workmanship. Interstate Sign & Light is not that company.

Avoid this company. Ordered a sign from us as a rush order and when their client backed out they refused to pay for an order that was completely finished. Jackie Stepro won't return phone calls or emails.
