Terrible service and unprofessional business practices. Stated they couldn’t give us any kind of notice before a technician came out to our home to fix our modem. Showed up on a random Tuesday evening to our home when we were AT WORK (they knew this) and didn’t even bother to let us know they’d be coming. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. If there’s ever another internet provider available in the area, we will be switching asap.

Service is always down for hours, and sometimes days at a time, and playing any online multiplayer game is nearly impossible. We get frequent random ping spikes up to ~500ms, which is very, very frustrating in competitive games like Counter-Strike. When a technician finally comes out, they say nothing is wrong. We’re stuck with this service provider because there are no other companies that have coverage/service in our area. Otherwise, I’d have cancelled my service a long time ago.

We live in an area controlled by IMC. No other company will provide service here because of IMC. They have a fiber optic line running right past our house and refuse to run the line to our home. We have been given every excuse in the book on why. Horrible company!

If you guys have ever seen the episode of South Park with the cable company that is exactly what this company is like their infrastructure is a mess and it feels like they’re just screwing with you. I had to wait at somebody’s house on a Saturday for them to come install Internet. They said they’d be there between eight and noon. I sat there for 12 hours because when noon rolled around I called and the business was closed so I called the emergency phone. The emergency person said they can’t contact their teams once they leave the store . The guy apparently could not find our house even though we gave very specific instructions on how to get there nobody called to say they couldn’t find it. I just sat there for 12 hours. They also close at 4:30 for some reason which is nuts, considering you have to do almost everything in person there spoiler alert most people work till five or six, so good luck finding the time to get out there. I’m done with this company. I am going with Starlink. I recommend everybody else does the same just spend the extra money and get Starlink. It works and you can fix it yourself and if you can’t, they have better customer service.

They up our gb's from 1,000 we we're going over and our bills were never less than $162.00, we called they up our GB's to 12,000 and left our speed the same way up, for $89.76 per month A+++

Today is Christmas 2023...and Intermountain Cable has graced us with a few hours of service today. My service has been off more than it has been on throughout the day. Giving them a rating of one star is being overly generous. It is sad that they continue to demand full price for services that are only partially rendered.

Now that I finally have internet again I can leave a review. It took Inter Mountain Cable six days to come fix my internet. For six days I have had to be home as much as possible waiting for them to come since they "can't give you a time frame of when they might be there". Take my advice, if you have other options when it comes to internet and TV providers, choose the other options.
