We have partnered for many years with INPHO Information On Hold. Back in the early days they had to stop by and change out cassette tapes to change messages. Thank goodness technology improved. It is a simple, no hassle process now to change messages anytime, as needed. And we have done that many times over the years. I especially appreciate Debbie Smith and the staff for really caring about our business and the image those messages convey. It is not unusual to get an email from Debbie reminding me it might be time to change this message or that message. And copywriting and production was always quick and hassle-free. For all those reasons and more I highly recommend INPHO Information On Hold.
