This place is hot garbage to work for. The environment is very nice and they give you free food but the calls are hot diapers, the commission pay is hot tampons & the little micromanaging they do is annoying

This is a third-party sales group, not actual internet providers. They quote one price, get your information for autopay, and tell you to call after a few days to schedule installation. That’s when they tell you your first price expired when you call back to schedule installation.

Don’t work here. They promise you commission and never pay you. They are pushy and horrible at training they are scam artists. The guy who trained us for Dish was really cool I think his name was Jason. But once we hit the floor Charles who is suppose to help agents doesn’t help at all he’s actually a prick so is the lady helping him. If you want to feel micromanaged, not get paid for your efforts, feel like at any time you may lose your job definitely apply here. I went to turn in my equipment and HR begged me to stay since they knew I was one of the top new hires I refused. The negative reviews here are REAL. Avoid this place at all cost. Only pro is they give you free food and the building is nice. That’s about it.

I tried calling many, many times and just kept getting a busy signal. They charged me for a Dish service. I cancelled and am trying to get a refund since it's only been 24 hours.

They steal your money, the say and agreed for $15/hour or commission which greater, I was greater than my hourly rate couple of paid checks, last paycheck wich is for two weeks, first week they pay you only your commission and second week the should pay you the rest of $1200, $15X40 hours = $1200, I checked all my pays because last one was about $500 total for two weeks wich no way $700 taxes. So I checked the rest of the paychecks and I was shocked over $1300 missing on my pay in total, I worked with them from July 10th 2023 to February 2024, Shall I sue them guys? So they stealing money out of your paycheck, and they make the pay so cofusing so you won't pay attention. ?

They mailed everything we needed to hook up our house to the Internet. When we couldn't get it to work we called customer service and an Installation personnel shown up the very next day and hooked it up. He was polite, informative and worked with a smile. Great customer service!

This job is absolutely horrible. They will say that you can make big money but I'd say it's only the few who are excellent at sales. Otherwise you will make 15 an hour and if you are not making sales they will send you home. Of you ever miss a day of work you need a letter to cover you or it's an unexcused absence a few of which will get you fired. The managers are mostly childish and overbearing. One time one manager said I could go on break and one had objected I was accused of an unauthorized break. Simply put it was a relief to leave this place.
