Being a local business ourselves, Marry Me Jewelry ,we like to shop locally. Infinity did a very nice job printing flyers we use for our customers. Infinity has made us Banners we use for advertising as well. Working with us as we design the pieces and the layout was so helpful. From Business cards and shirts to large retail signs, I highly recommend this printer, as they are capable to do most any job that is asked of them. Of course reasonable prices are a bonus.

Infinity printing supplies called my place of business with an offer of an ink cartridge that boasted it's "1.5 times the lifespan of a typical ink cartridge". I purchased only one cartridge with the "trail offer" they gave me. They called me back about a month later telling me that they were "going to bill me and send me the other 3 cartridges". When I asked why they would do that, they said that the price on the "trail offer" was based on a 4 cartridge purchase. At no point in the original call did they explain this information. When I refused the offer they said they would have to send and bill me for at least one other. I felt like I was taken for a ruse by this company. Not only did they pull this trickery, but the cartridge it's self is quite sub par. It died out after a month and a half while a typical cartridge lasts me about 3 months. It began printing very spotty and I was forced to purchase a new one from a local store. I would strongly recommend to everyone that you look else ware for your printing needs.
