Very trustworthy. I couldn't be happier with my results. They were very professional and took care of my construction business insurance needs from beginning to end. Stay Away!!!!!! (0 stars) Ossining infinity Location I was with them when I was 19-23 using National General (worst/trash company) over paying, horrible service, rude, not being honest with you especially hidden information “you can’t switch any insurance” obviously as a young person paying a lot or not knowing a lot just agreeing to everything the lady I forgot her first name but her email was jlawson something it’s ether she will be nice or will show you who she really is. Especially describing what I said earlier. When I decided to switch insurance and was told I was overpaying/being scammed I told that same lady (jlawson) I’m switching she called me like crazy 3x-5x and emailed me I couldn’t do it, I would owe $$$ and legal stuff and my new insurance (current) handled it and said ignore it because everything got transferred you don’t owe anything if she keeps bothering let them know. Since then she stopped and I blocked this insurance I had a bad experience here and it was unprofessional. If your thinking go somewhere else trust me!

Honest, hardworking, super accommodating even outside of office hours. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a small family run business, honesty, undivided attention, hard working workers who fight for you and the best rates around. Great bilingual service as well. Will never be switching offices as long as they're around!
