Diana M. was really helpful explaining all the information on the at&t package we were interested in. She listened to exactly what my family enjoys watching and found the perfect bundle for us. She was respectful and nice while explaining everything in English to me and in Spanish to my mom. I truly believe this company is a SCAM! They took over a $1000 deposit for leads, provided no leads in over 3 weeks, and now refuse to refund the deposit. They even went so far as to threaten me with legal action for leaving a negative review. Beware! I’m confident that the positive reviews are fake.
