Impact is an excellent promo company! Their experience and expertise in sourcing products that are different, unique and make your business stand out is amazing. We have 3 law firms and they have done unique products for all 3. Their consultations are in depth to learn about your brand and message and they are prompt communicators, which has not been our experience with others in the area. My company contracted Impact Marketing & Design for some embroidery work on Marketing material for our firm. Unfortunately, the color scheme did not turn out accurate. I am writing a 5 star review because of the way Impact Marketing & Design handled the situation and resolved the issue. They were prompt to admit their mistake, refund us the cost of the embroidery as well as cover our costs of the material originally purchased. This is hands down the best customer experience I have received from a situation like this. Things happen, it's part of life or doing business, but it is in the way you handle a situation like this that makes you shine above the rest. Wonderful service and insightful advice. I originally contacted her regarding personalized pens....She soon taught me to think beyond the pen!
