Horrible Service. It’s like you have to beg them to do the work. My design had no effort put into it and I called 30 minutes before they closed on the day my design was supposed to be ready and you can tell they hurried up a threw something together. They altered my COMPANY LOGO and thought that was okay, why on earth would you alter the company’s logo. They clearly gave zero effort, Erik clearly doesn’t care to obtain any business and I felt like a bother trying to get any info of my design or to meet with a designer. This was to get my company info on my truck. I paid almost double at EVO PRO DETAILING and got EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND WORK. I guess you get what you pay for, I don’t mind spending the money on my business and clearly image 360 did not want my money.

We have had Allegra / Image360 print our receipt booklets for our business, twice. The booklets are great. The only things we were concerned about, were a bit of "shadowing" on the yellow carbon-less paper copy that we give our customers, but it wasn't noticeable on most of the receipts; and on a few of the receipts, there were parts of the consecutive numbers on the far top left. That was most likely due to a glitch in the paper, but it was a trivial concern.

Overall, we have been very pleased with our purchases from them, and will certainly use them again in the future.
