I brought hats in for my business to be embroidered my first time in the shop and they looked great! They even did a canopy for us. We brought hats and shirts in for my new employee two weeks ago. We picked them up and they are NOTHING like we got the first time. Owner is refusing to compensate loss or admit any wrong doing in the quality of the embroidery. He is stating we okayed the image we are stuck with it. I okayed the image that was produced on the first batch of hats. And asked for the same image I was not given the same image. Extremely upset and disappointed. All I was offered was 10% off my next purchase and they’d do a test sample of my logo for my next order. Red bill hat was the original hat with correct logo. Other two photos are messed up logo

3 months ago they made my signs for my service truck and now they are coming off. The material is of low quality and the same as the service. I will never come back to that place disgusting work + I had to pay for mobile service.

Excellent service and communication. Turn around time was great and the fast response to sending out my draft was great. Great customer service at arrival and definitely will be coming back for more advertising products to be made. Displeased with the outcome of my product.
This is not a repeat review. I talked to Randy the owner on the mistakes he made on my product. He did not want to fix the mistakes he made and does not offer the warranty he says he does. Truly disappointed in the service that was given to me and my company. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. This is only reason I am leaving this kind of review. I really just want Randy to fix the issue he created with printing the wrong colors of our logo. This was not the image I approved.

Iconic Printing is by far the best print shop I’ve been to for all of my advertisement needs. Randy and his employees go above and beyond the call of duty to fulfill whatever the customer needs in customizing there print. I myself have been to his shop on a multitude of occasions to print out banners table cloths -shirts Full car window prints large banner & my Business cards work is definitely top-notch quality strongly recommended if you need anything custom-made.
