I engaged Icon Commerce to bring my small business onto Amazon and my experience was very disappointing overall. I repeatedly felt that they did not take me seriously as a client and were disorganized. Towards the end my main communication was with an administrative assistant because they had brushed me off so much. I invested thousands of dollars in materials, labor, and legal fees at their recommendation to prepare for my Amazon launch, which ended up being a waste and ultimately I ended our engagement before the conclusion because I was so unsatisfied and it was clear that they would not be able to meet the deadlines we had established. They committed to handing over the assets that were created for my business, but they never did and I never heard from them again. The entire engagement ended up being a huge cost and distraction with no benefit to me, and set my business back by months.

Overall, I would not recommend them. If you're a small business owner who wants to take your e-commerce to the next level and start selling on Amazon I would recommend that you save your money and do it yourself or at least hire a different agency.
