Great atmosphere, great staff, great beer, great food!

Had a great experience here on our last night in Tokyo. We wish we had tried it several nights ago because we likely would have returned nightly for their happy hour drinks! The food was great, too.

They don't speak much English but they're really nice and patient! You'll have a great time and the food is amazing! My favorite place to get Fish and Chips.

Used to go there with friends regularly until the pandemic. Was great then with a really good staff.

Cousin visited Japan for the 1st time last week and thought it was a great place to take him, but unlike previous years, found the female server to be shockingly (without provocation) very rude. The management took no action to counter-balance that situation.

It's kind of like what happened to some places in Shinagawa before the pandemic; was great a long time ago, but as the tourist numbers ballooned the service and staff attitude went to the septic tank.

Visiting cousin had a great time with all other establishments.

Recommend not wasting your time by going to HUB Shibuya Dougenzaka.

There are too many other great places to go to in Shibuya and the surrounding area.

Only recommended if you want a pub experience in Tokyo! Beers are average but with good company it's all fine. They have a huge beer tower that is pretty funny to order. ?

This Hub is smaller but has plenty of seating. That said, seats get taken quickly and there is not much standing room. It also has a separate smoking section with a standing round table.
Unlike the other Hubs in the Shibuya, this one doesn't get crazy crowded and the staff is more friendly since they don't have to deal with big crowds.
I recommend this Hub if you don't want to be rubbing shoulders on the weekends, but get there early to catch a table.
