Horrible experience at a Shell gas station this morning manager tried to charge me $15.00 more for a carton of cigarettes. After asking him why so much he said go somewhere else or back to your country so I decided to write a review.

Very Nice guy assisted me as soon as I walked in, asked me where I was going, gave him my pu# he sent me to building at 625 Heron Blvd, literally right around the corner a left, a left, and another left, coming from 700 Church Street, I was loaded quick and early, I think an hour or so. Thank u Guys.

Well there was a lot of trash in the sky and trees inside the buildings I saw a bird chasing a cat that was barking like a dog. It was about to rain in the sun with parsley clear skies on a cloudy day and 3 fish on the bank fishing for men only caught women. If you keep moving forward backwards you see that this is just a normal day at night so goodnight all morning long 😘

Deliveries for 700 church at are literally at intersection of 80 and church street. My GPS sent me to behind the building. Only enough room for what seems like one truck at a time.

10/09/24’ had appointment for delivery at 11am.i checked in 8:15am,i was the only truck there,they gave me door right away and i was out by 9:30am.thanks

This place owns the WORST places to shop at! The running joke around our house is that we can ALWAYS count on Houchens to NEVER have what we need in stock on the shelf, NEVER! Especially their ACE Hardware and IGA locations! I just stopped going there with the intent to purchase anything because I know they won't have it.

Here's something you don't see everyday.. I understand that you are the parent company of Priceless Foods. I'm have been an avid shopper in the Priceless Foods Of Johnson City TN and have been shopping there since it was a branded IGA on the storefront and not Priceless. That's A LONG time.
I bought a 50% off item that clearly had a date on the label of APRIL 2 or 3rd. .it's hard to tell the exact date but this is only April 5th so it's clearly an April date. The price mark-down on the label was $2.00 for some mashed potatoes.. I left it in my fridge for a day, was going to eat it but wanted to check the expire date to be sure. I couldn't find an expire date on the STORE label so I turned it on the side and to my horror the company that made them had a use-by date of MARCH 10th. First of all someone in this store like BRYAN the manager should have caught this and never have sold this in the first place it being TWENTY TWO days expired when I bought it. Are you serious. this could have made me really really sick.
I brought this back to the store because I just wanted credit for it and this Bryan says if I don't have my receipt that I can't get credit for it. I usually don't keep grocery receipts. He said I could exchange for another but there was not another in the store that was priced the same as my $2.00 50% off item. So NOW what am I going to do with something that does not have a replacement. When a customer returns something that's sold 22 days out of date, questioning Anything about having a receipt should have never been mentioned because making someone sick WAY overrides the fact that I didn't have the $2.00 receipt. This "manager" Bryan had very very poor customer service skills.
Bottom line, I chucked the $2.00 item in the trash at the self check-out and left, NEVER to come back.. See something as little as $2 is meaningless in the scope of the Hundreds of dollars I've spent in this store. BUT, because of the way this seemingly untrained I WILL NOT BE BACK TO YOUR STORE..
I've worked in customer service all my life and this guy needs a definitely re-training for lack of customer service skills because he's just run off a valuable customer. It's just as easy to go 2 buildings down to shop at Food City from here on. Just shameful experience to a very long-time customer.
By the way, I did take photos IN THE STORE of the whole item, front and side, also took a video
before i chucked it in the trash because I was not offered a workable choice. This man should be fired over this stinking little $2 ordeal in the store. I can prove that you all sold me something that was 22 days out of date, and I will pursue other options in getting this resolved. PRICELESS SHOULD HAVE NOT SOLD OUT OF DATE FOOD that can make someone sick if they eat it.. I mean come on, 22 days over the use-by date is a little much.. I took video of this in the store but It would not let me upload the mp4 video.

The receiving department guy on 12-21-15 was excellent. I wish all receiving was like this place. On 625 Raven Ave. 6am appointment. Had me in the dock on Time and unloaded my trailer with paperwork in hand all under a 1/2 hour! Space to park for overnight. Good lord this is how it's supposed to be!
