Beautiful place, the water is very clear. I did not want to leave. The problem is the poor facilities. There are just a few changing cabins, and the toiler paper and soap were out in the toilet.

Been going here since I was a little kid & just came back after 14 years . Obviously , on the weekends it gets really busy … but that’s because it’s an amazing place . Clean water, lifeguards on duty . Lots of food options & activities to rent . Will always come back here <3

It’s a very beautiful and Awesome beach In Vilnius City Lithuania I was visit there really enjoy i recommend you must go there for swimming and enjoy .its a free no need ticket for entry

The Green Lakes offer a wide range of opportunities for recreational activities, as nature is beautiful there in all seasons.
Now seriously: there have been temporary toilets installed there, at least since January, aren’t 5 months enough to fix what needs replacing or to install new ones? High season is here, this is basic!! Please!

Good parking, plenty of amenities, from places to change, to kayak rental. Lovely water. Restaurant nearby.

Great bike trails to ride from the town.
A lot of places to rest near the lake and enjoy the nature.
A restaurant is open during the season. Lots of bbq areas, but you need to be early or lucky to guarantee yourself a spot to grill.

Almost perfect place to feel the beauty of nature without actually leaving Vilnius. The main appeal is of course the turquise-green water which is almost clear throughout the summer. The main activities are swimming, sunbathing, SUP boarding, rowing on a classic boat. But there are many others - beach volleyball, grilling area, a fast and hilly MTB route around the lake through the woods. The beach has lifeguards, and is perfectly suited for kids. Amenities include free toilets, some parking space, which is quite small and fills up quite early on hot summer days.
Several city busses go to Verkių Riešė stop: 36, 65, 66, 76, 120.
A gravel paved cycling path leads to the lake from Santariškės, which curves through beautiful forests - most bikes with gears are suitable, except perhaps road bikes due to some sections with sharp stones.
