I totally disagree with the previous review. I am a small business owner myself and I can honestly say that Daisy has always been a delight to work with. This business has been there for years! Most importantly they're professional and very reliable, that's exactly why I've referred quite a few people to this business including some of my closest friends and even a couple family members. Not sure what happened or why anybody would take the time out of their day to write such a long negative malicious review. But from the looks of it this must all have been a simple misunderstanding. I feel that as small business owners we should support each other more.

Francisco and Daisy did a fabulous job on my signage for a new store. They kept in constant communication and went above and beyond the call of duty. Kind and professional, I would highly recommend them!

Extremely difficult to do business with.

Their english is not good, which is fine; however despite speaking with them in Spanish, the woman I spoke to was adamant on deciding the material of the sign for me, despite my interest in other materials.

As a potential buyer, It seems they are looking to offload what they have too much of.

I will be bringing my business else-ware, which disappoints me as I wanted to support another latino business.

They were kind and polite. They appear to be very affordable.

Update: Despite being latino, giving an initial fair review of two stars and speaking the same language as them, it appears I am now being called a racist. I’m not sure where the owners are from, but I am almost certain both the owners and I are latino. I don’t know which country, but I also don’t care.

I primarily only spoke to Daisy. I sadly missed all of Mr. Francisco’s calls.

If the owner, Mr. Francisco would like to call me and speak about the matter, I would enjoy that. I also reached out to them via email expressing that also.

With current matters as they are, I would give them a 0 star review based on their statement of calling me a “racist”, and their statement of “never having a bad customer”, despite a previous review of 1 star from another customer who was unhappy with their order a year ago.

Para los gente que hablan español, este no es un negocio que nosotros debemos supportar. Crean que porque solo hablan español, le debemos dar negocio por un servicio malo. Ante de cambiar mi review, llame para hablar con el jefé, Señor Francisco; la (Jefa, yo creo) señora Daisy me dijo que no estaba, y que yo fue racista, y me colgo la llamada.

Inicialmente, yo pensaba que dos estrellas fue justo por el negocio; pero con el reacion que me dio la señora, mejor que tienen 0.

They took a short cut on my sign outside of my business. At no point I tried to low ball them or talk them down in price. If I had to pay more money to get it right I would have.
