My advice is to steer clear of Thomas when he approaches you. He tends to make lots of promises but delivers very little. We run an aesthetics practice in the Katy area, and Thomas reached out to us offering to bring leads for our body contouring services. Like most agencies, he wanted to charge us $2500 a month for his services. We proposed trying him out for 90 days, but instead of paying monthly service fees, we suggested splitting profits with him. He agreed, set up the ad, and we went live.

However, three weeks in, Thomas suddenly stopped responding to us. We sent him several messages on WhatsApp, via email, and called him, but received no response. Yesterday, when we attempted to log into the platform to review our leads, we discovered that Thomas had locked us out of the account. Many of the leads turned out to be of low quality. While we had no issues calling/vetting these low quality leads however painful it was, we believe its irresponsible, unprofessional and unreliable that an agency will simple disappear and lock us out of our account instead of coming back to the table for discussion options. Several attempts to reach Thomas failed as he never returned calls, emails or messages.

In my observation, most agencies overpromise and underdeliver, yet they expect to be paid a monthly service fee.
