Great experience working with Fernando, he designed two ADU blueprints for me. In the process we had a few corrections that need to be change on the city’s plans but Fernando made the changes easily. As an owner builder I had many questions but with Fernando’s experience he helped my projects go smoothly.

Fernando and his team FS Design Group are top notch!

My wife and I are first time homeowners. We purchased a single-family home with knowledge that there had been additions to the property that were not permitted.

We were luckily referred to Fernando through an old friend. Once we got in contact, the ball started rolling immediately. We scheduled a meeting; the contract was signed and measurements were completed that day. We instantly knew we had the right guy.

Contact Fernando to help you design your ADU! My drawings were not very convincing to my wife. And don’t even bother trying to learn AutoCAD in a month to draw your own plans. Call in the experts!
