I recently hired Mr. Charmley to take photos for a new listing in Lakewood Ranch. My sellers voiced displeasure about how the photos looked once the listing went active. When I politely brought the matter to Mr. Charmley's attention, he stated that they are "good." He then sent me two pictures that were not in question and then complimented himself by stating that they were "amazing." He thought it more appropriate to to pat himself on the back for his own work rather than try to come up with a solution to help me and my sellers. He was rude and unwilling to help in any way. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! You'll be sorry as I am.

Frank Charmley is unique in every sense of the word when it comes to customer service and understanding customers needs. He has found a way to differentiate himself from his competition and unquestionably always goes the extra mile and acts with accountability. He has extremely competitive pricing and impressive turn-around time. He is not going to nickel and dime you either......if you are not happy, he is not happy. I think it is safe to say that his business has been built on referrals and repeat customers so he most certainly continues to do the right things. Big fan!
