This is easily the best value for our marketing budget. We have spent a lot of money over the years trying just about everything. For the longest time I just thought that the more money I spend on advertising, the better, but it didn't work the way I hoped. Thankfully Megan from First Day Social came over and showed us that we needed to focus more on our organic search results and that she could help us get more visits to our website. It has been about 8 months now and not only do we have a better website, but they manage all of our social media pages and our business is higher on the searches. It seems like i'm one of the few that had problems with this company, after having a dispute with the person in charge of my account i asked to speak to his higher up, he said he was not in and to leave a message, i left a message and followed up a week later. No one ever got back to me. The service that i was paying for was not quite what i was getting. i ended up being charged twice in the same week due to their cancelation policy so be careful if you ever decide to end your service with the, it needs to be done 30 in advance. personally for an online company thats a very long time since it takes hours to shut down the site or move it to a new host. I took over this account because the business i recently bought was using it, but really there are companies that do this for cheaper and if you have some info part of this can be done by yourself. Customer service was also on the low end, i did like that they are real people over robots to get you to someone but in my experience the follow up portion was not good at all, i felt like it was all dragged out and the only way i got a follow up on a subject they said they would handle required me to call up week after week, day after day.
