I have been contacted and used as a participant for a few focus groups through FMS and it has always been an extremely professional and enjoyable experience. In fact the only time anything has happened that I was less than pleased with, was when I was g hired to participate in a group discussion and was dismissed without contact by the CLIENT of FMS that was conducting the study, and even though I didn't actually get to be involved, FMS still made sure that I was paid for my time and apologized ON BEHALF OF THEIR CLIENT for ignoring me. They take care of their people and I would 1000% recommend .
