I had another local sign company install new signage for my business as it needed an update after 13 years. It was a TOTAL DISASTER installation and they would not make it right.
I thought it was a wiring issue so I called my electrician and was informed I needed a sign company to get the sign properly lit and recommended Falls City Signs.
The young man who fixed the sign was diligent in finding the solution as the installation was a mess from the other company. I spoke with Duane, the owner to thank him for sending out a great technician and turns out, it was his son. Falls City Signs really cares about the customer and is a wonderful, local family owned company that is a pleasure to work with!!

Great company with reasonable prices. Nothing is perfect, how you handle & fix issues separates Falls City from other sign companies. Small issue was resolved for me within the week of them being notified. Good communication & Professional service. Thank you!

Ran into an issue with another sign printer and needed to place a rush order for 7 vinyl banners for an out of town event. Brandy and Duane responded almost immediately to my online request for an estimate, confirmed they could meet our deadline, and got my product on the printers ASAP! Communication through email was excellent and professional! Highly recommend.

I am an art teacher and I had Falls City Signs make some custom graphics for me to place on the walls and tables in my classroom. I also had them make a sign for a Harry Potter Wand Making activity I volunteered for at the Louisville Public Library. OMG! I love everything! The colors are great. I have a background in photography and their print quality is superb. They were very kind and they helped me with everything I needed. They are a wonderful business and I will definitely get more stuff from them. I can't wait to see my students' faces when they see the graphics on the tables on the first day of school. All the teachers at my elementary school will be jealous! 5 stars for sure!
