I’m celebrating seven years in business this month with one of my businesses. For seven years I’ve been asking for help from accountants (on our third one) to help me understand cash flow and break out how much actual cash I have for operating expenses. My businesss is multifaceted with a lot of COGS, subcontracted services and professional fees.
