One of the best facilities I've used. Very Colorado vibe inside with lots of wood and glass, and great people to work with from the first contact asking about availability to the end of the evening. The recruit was not only "accurate" but they did a great job of making sure respondents were ready to talk and truly participate.

This facility is awesome. The accommodations are amazing and so are the people that work there. We hosted a market research study and had a wonderful experience. The recruiting was spot-on and the people there totally took care of our last minute needs. They have a high tech audio visual system along with the expertise to operate it. I did not expect to find such a high-quality facility in a smaller market like Fort Collins, but they nailed it!

I was expecting an empty building with a temporary set-up for the discussion I did. I was very pleasantly surprised by the well established and eclectic design inside. The staff was also friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone to participate. Plus, they make you feel comfortable as there are no right or wrong answers. They seriously just want an honest opinion!

This survey, (kids turning 18) which I was excited about, stated they were on USAA BEHALF/AFFILIATED/etc.
I attempted to log on for a survey. The site would not allow me to make a password. I tried multiple times.I know it met the criteria.
(Maybe phishing to see if i use passwords on multiple sites).
I found a tech support number in the email. The tech support number (800.4797.4797) was wrong and too long. I pasted and called it and it sent me to an unrelated, telemarketing style return call number telling me of
“an exciting deal if I am over 55”.
or something to that regard. WTH?

They provided information that seemed legit to me about USAA on the call. (Wah)

I am worried it may be a scam.
I am hoping it is just a poorly managed organization that is trying to save on overhead by cutting out quality control. That’s not good, either; it is better than being a scam

However these issues with the log in problem, am about, I am running out of time on this earth and i do not like wasting it.
The organization is either a scam or it is poorly run. I am disappointed if it is an associated vendor to USAA.
I have requested that my bank not submit my information to this Elevated Insights organization in the future, whether a scam or not.

Interesting experience. I've never been part of a focus group but I enjoyed myself. There were a couple individuals that seemed to control the conversation, and others that said very little. I tried to get my opinion heard without being over the top.

I did multiple studies here. The staff is always friendly, the facilities always clean, and they offer free parking behind the building. If you have business to do here, consider yourself lucky.

Good people, straighht forward and proffessional. Its a opinion reasearch business that administers surveys via client guidlines. Not a scam you can trust them to do what they say and treat you well while your comoleting the assignment. I would recommend them to buisnesses who need reasearch conducted.
