On a whim, I decided to use EIN Presswire to push our PR in addition to my local efforts. I did all the things on the form, it took a hot minute to gather all the content needed, but the form guided me the full way to success! When I had trouble adding in my google map, the customer service team made it happen! My release went out today and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results!! 😃 Then, I got a follow up call to answer any questions I had and the service rep was great. After a 17 minute phone call, I got all my questions answered and now I'm more knowledgeable to move forward with continued success for our next PR release!! Amazing!! I'm so excited! What an awesome tool this is to expand our business!

This service used to be much better. But, now it has gone down tremendously. We use a public relations firm to write our press releases. And many of the press releases, we use different distribution services. Without a doubt, this by far is the worst. Our public relations firm has had to rewrite one press release six times to try to get approved by the EIN AI bots. Six times. That's not a typo. I've had to pay for every one of those rewrites.

Additionally, from what we have seen, there has been very little traction on the press releases distributed through EIN versus other distribution sources we've been using. I'm not sure why that is? But, the comparison and results are glaring over the last 18 months.

If time, money, and quality are of little importance to you, then this is the service for you.

We are in the process of asking for our final three press releases to be refunded. I will update this review accordingly upon hearing their resolution.

seems very scammy as mentioned. Had spent $500 and despite being offered a refund, and give a time, twice (including has been sent to accounting), was then told (once I chased it up) that they could not do it as it has been over a year? I had asked for even credits or partial refund, which originally as stated they would refund. then for some reason did a u-turn. This was also down to a medical reason (highlighted to them and can supply). I had also message d a few months ago about these. Very Let down and $500 down, No articles.

Appears to be Fraud. Bought their $999 package, Received email stating they couldn't service me and would refund me in 2 to 5 days. I respected that. but days later, No Refund, Called Phone, No Answer, 10 days later still no Refund, Seems like the company just has horrible customer service. I've now wasted some 5 hours filing chargebacks and sent 3 emails, 2 phone calls and am out nearly $1000. The charge on your account will be "Newsmatics". If this is a real company then wow, they could give a damn less about you , your money and your business, literally bad bad people. Honestly, EIN Newswire is a great way to waste 10 days of your time and be out $1000, and if you don't complain and file a chargeback with your credit card company they will try to avoid you like the plague and basically rob you. Worst experience ever.

As an emerging brand, EIN Presswire is a simple and easy way for us to publish and distribute press releases at an affordable price. Their team has been very responsive and supportive.

I have submitted over 42 press releases with this company. The service was great. Over the last several months the service has gotten tremendously worse. Today I submitted a press release at 7:48 am and it is 11:10am and still has not been reviewed. I called customer care 3 times and they stated that they cannot do anything about the hold up. I emailed twice and still nothing.

Horrible customer service. Been trying to get a press released done for 2 days, but it was rejected. They sent me an email to use their AL press release generator. I typed up the verbiage in the AI and submitted the corrected version. In my press release dashboard it said noncompliant. I call customer service and all the lady could say is that you have to email the editors. This is nuts, so I agree with David F in which he wrote a review 3 weeks ago. I experience the same thing. If you do not want to waste your time stay away from this company. I have sent out several press release and never ever had this problem. Tried calling them several times but no answer. Horrible experience. Seem like the customer service rep is reading from a strip.

EIN pressire service offers welcoming, respectful and cooperative customer service. Though there is an ongoing EIN presswire promotion, I was not pressured in any way to participate in the promotion. After purchasing one press release, I called the company again and inquired about the promotion. Initally I did not believe participating in the promotion woud be useful as I am not a businessperson, I am a first time author. When I called a second time an EIN representative explained with me that once a month,sending out a press release that demonstrates a different spin on a recently published book will increase book visibilty and potential media coverage of the book.
