It can be hit or miss with these folks but they always come through and surprise me. Had an outage this evening and the Service Technician working in the field personally called me to make sure my internet connectivity returned. These men and woman are working on a Saturday night out in <30 degree weather. Now that’s good customer service.

It's a shame that this is the only internet providers where I live. I'm only saying this because if you pay $50 a month for internet you expect to have internet service all the time right. Well this internet service has been getting worse and worse for the past couple years it's out more now that they're putting the fiber optic internet in then it's on. But let me tell you they expect you to pay your bill.

Duobroadband was once a dependable internet service which rarely provided any drops in internet service beyond routine maintenance or unique circumstances like weather. However, over the last year approximately, I have had the worst internet experiences of my life which have led to major inconveniences within my professional and leisure lives for which I depend on stable internet service for. I am cancelling my service this month after multiple contacts in the last several months in an attempt to fix the drops and disturbances I have experienced; these attempts at help have led to no improvements. I have made personal changes to assist in mending the issue from replacing ethernet cables to buying a brand new router - the inconsistencies continue. I have multiple contacts with their tech team to address this issue and it continues regardless. Hasn't even been an offer extended by the ISP business to make up for lost time in coverage, a reduced bill, nothing. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. At least at competitors' business you can get similar if not better speeds for lesser price. Duobroadband will never get another dollar out of me after this month.

Great company to work with. Smooth and easy to get the ball rolling. Technicians were amazing at the job, they deserve a 6 star review. And in and out got the wifi set up in under 1 hour.

There is always something wrong with it. Modem restarts regularly by itself. Outages happen regularly as well. Can’t get a hold of customer service unless you wait 30-45 minutes on hold. Then the nice customer service rep tells you there is an outage and there is nothing they can do. If you ask for a credit for the time the service was down, the rep tell you to call customer service because they can’t do it and have to wait until regular business hours because they close at 5. Yes an internet company that have regular business hours.

With many years of IT services, I can confidently say that partnering with DUO Broadband for their ISP/Voice services has been one of the better solutions I've been able to implement at various business throughout the Central KY area. The sales teams only offer what you need, and are never pushy in their products.. the service/support team is second to none! IF for any reason you ever need to speak with someone in accounting or upper management, they make it super easy to do so, and have always been willing to go above and beyond on any issues we've had. I highly suggest giving DUO a chance at being your ISP, you will not regret it.
