John! How can I possibly be the FIRST person to write a review for Duct Tape Marketing?!?!?! Shocking. I suppose that most customers don't typically think of you as a "local" business...

The information and advice that John GIVES AWAY is (IMHO) far more valuable than most of the advice I have paid fancy consultants big bucks for. His books are great (am reading The Referral Engine now), his website is great, and I try to pay attention to everything that John says or writes. If you own a small business (or if you own a big business and don't want a small business to eat your lunch), you should pay attention too.
