Where do I start? This was by far the best experience I have had with any company ever! Everyone who was involved in the process and transforming our showroom at Divinci Motors, from start to finish, was absolutely amazing. Lang, despite the fact I never got to meet him, was an absolute amazing gentleman to deal with. He put up with non-stop changing in designs and images that we wanted to go up in our store. The amount of emails that I sent him, I was sure that he was fed up... but believe it or not he was an insane help and didn't hesitate to help once. After the process of choosing what we wanted was over, we sent over the pictures. You thought Lang was done there? WRONG! He said the pictures we had picked up didn't print out well and would be blurry on a big scale. So he had his a person from his graphic design team sketch up two amazing photos which are on our walls now. As for Mr. Victor, I cannot thank him enough for all that he did. To see an owner of the company drive all the way down from Woodland to Vallejo to help set up all the decals and artwork; I mean that is customer service. To see him put his heart and soul in what he does and make every decal as perfect as possible truly showed us that he cares about us not just as clients but as family as well. He made sure that every single decal that went up was absolutely perfect. Pinder, who was with him as well to help set up, was incredibly awesome and helpful as well. He too went above and beyond to make sure every single sign and banner went up perfectly. With every step of the way him and Victor made sure we approved and liked how each decal was going up. Just like Lang, Mr. Victor wasn't done there either. After all the amazing work, he decided to throw in wrapping one of our car hoods for free to show us a thank you! And oh yea, that turned out awesome as well. In no way, shape, or form do myself and the team at Divinci Motors regret working with these guys! Because, believe me if you want a job done right, with amazing customer service and at a very very reasonable price you have no other place to go to but DMI Wraps. These guys are hands down the best people to deal with when looking into wraps, decals, banners and all work of that nature. Thank you Mr. Victor and your amazing team at DMI Wraps!
