Was told I'd receive an email with a questionnaire that would help them create my brand and begin the process. 11/29/17 and no email so I reached out to them asking for the questionnaire. Was told they forgot and would send tomorrow. Received an email 11/30/17 that contained no questionnaire but only a summary of our conversation on 11/13. By 01/03/18 nothing was received so I reached out again and attempted to discuss over the phone. Was told they were sick and will get back to me as soon as they're better. 01/8 and no follow up. Reached out to a local marketing company in Minneapolis and got a call in an hour from someone ready to discuss their services.
