We purchased our bathtub surround from Design Elements. They are very attentive to any questions or concerns. Their team is very respectful and courteous. They cleaned up everything after the installation. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking to make upgrades to your home!

Dave was amazing to work with. He communicated the entire process with us and made sure we were happy. There were a few hiccups (none of which were within anyone's control) and he connected with us right away each time and righted every situation. He employs high quality workers who all seem to really care about what they do and the outcome of their work. Some businesses have the ability to to a good job but lack customer care skills and that is truly where Design Elements shines. Not only do they do beautiful timely work, but Dave is incredibly transparent and thoughtful. We are so happy we chose Design Elements for our bathroom remodel.

WOW - Dave, Taylor, and everyone involved are AMAZING!

I initially called up Design Elements to help with a laundry room project and because of the wonderful experience and top-notch quality - that quickly turned into replace our bathroom counter tops as well. Can't wait for our next project with DE - replacing both the shower and tub inserts in our master and main bathrooms!

Dave and his team were the most professional and communicative team I've work with! They were helpful every step of the way and made sure I was aware and approved any changes or suggestions they had. I trusted them from day 1 and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work and long hours they put in so that everything would be ready in time for my daughter's birthday party.
