Having experience on the ins and outs of DriveCentric as a CRM, I can say that Dealer Funnel definitely outshines in the AI department, allowing you to schedule future messages to be delivered at a set day and time, switch back and forth between utilizing AI and corresponding yourself with a single click, and unlike DriveCentric, where my previous team had major issues with AI follow up overlapping and mixing up the customer and the conversation, there is no "overstepping" with Dealer Funnel. The system has already done an amazing job opting customers in and assisting with appointments. Definitely recommend as a better alternative to DriveCentric, especially since you can utilize all of the benefits while still using the CRM you're familiar with.
