This agency is terribly insensitive in their campaigns and although their ads and content may strike a chord with their target market they directly disrespect other demographics.

I learned about gentrification in 12th grade social studies and again met the topic in undergrad Sociology, never was Gentrification discussed in a positive light. Not sure of the education level of the stakeholders and marketing agents of this company, but I would assume it is college level so pleading "Ignorance" or "misunderstanding" is a unacceptable excuse.

It's my opinion that this company lacks cultural diversity and is not capable of creating marketing content for culturally diverse demographics.
