I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none.

I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed.

The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge.

Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

I want to give 5 stars. The staff were generally very hospitable. The rooms were clean and modern. However, the mini bar was quite sensitive and charged me $15 because I placed an item inside to cool. Then I noticed I wasn’t given my full benefit for my status. Gloria let me know that this was her only time correcting the error because I should’ve indicated the number of people in my party when I booked the reservation. I rarely use mobile check in. It was seamless because it also worked on the elevator too. Yet, I think the downside is being able to confirm with the hotel how many people are in your party. It was also unclear if water was included in the stay. While the app went over benefits, it did not include the water which was included for me. I really wish I didn’t have to call twice about 2 different charges and not have the most pleasant experience with Gloria removing the charge. Nevertheless, I would still come back. Don’t touch the mini bar.

The Conrad Los Angeles is an outstanding hotel in every aspect. From the moment we arrived until check-out, the service was exceptional. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also loved the on-site restaurants and bars, which offered great dining and ambiance. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it a convenient choice for exploring Los Angeles.

We did experience a minor issue with the toilet in our room, but it was addressed promptly and efficiently. One thing to note for future guests—valet parking is $62 per night.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Los Angeles.

I stayed here using my Hilton annual free night, and I can confidently say I won’t be returning.

As a Diamond member, the experience was flat. No pre-arrival email, no warm welcome, no effort to personalize the stay—just a basic room “upgrade” with a view of the Disney Concert Hall (same room size, so it hardly counts). There’s no executive lounge, and forget about any welcome amenity—no fruit, no drinks, nothing. Even the teddy bear souvenir comes with a price tag.

Parking is $65 per night (valet only), which includes EV charging, but the charger is extremely slow. Tesla owners—bring your own adapter.

The $50 breakfast credit sounds generous until you realize it barely covers two standard items. Food is fine, but forgettable. No memory foam pillows. The toilet paper? Shockingly low quality for a hotel in this category—feels like a bad motel detail that slipped through the cracks.

For a brand that’s supposed to be at the top of Hilton’s portfolio, Conrad LA misses the mark. Style over substance. Hilton loyalists—don’t expect any Diamond-level treatment here.

My stay at the Conrad- Los Angeles was overall a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a luxurious atmosphere, and the service truly stood out. The staff and housekeeping were incredibly attentive, ensuring everything was taken care of with great care and intention. The valet service was also quick and efficient, making both arrival and departures hassle-free.

I would highly recommend Conrad Los Angeles and would gladly stay here again. It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent service and a fantastic overall experience.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed around the world and the nicest Hilton yet. Everything is brand new and styled, organized to perfection. Staff is excellent and you'll have drinks in one of the nicest hotel bars in the city. There is a rooftop pool and alot of outdoor space with views.

First time here and Came here with almost no expectation as we are only staying for a very very short time. But to my surprise, this Conrad exceeded my ‘expectation’! The concierge staff / bell boy at the entrance greeted us nicely as we arrived, and we went up to the lobby level for check in. The bar, the view and the people, give out such cosy feeling. Check in was smooth and quick and we went up to our room and everything was so simple and neat, which is a compliment. There maybe a little touch up needed near the basin in the bathroom but everything else is in perfect condition in our room. We were staying such a short time we only managed to enjoy a few drinks at the bar but no time for breakfast in the morning so I cannot comment on the food here ~ but we had a nice time having a drink at the bar after checking in in the afternoon. Quite busy and everyone else was enjoying their drinks and nibbles. |I would recommend this cute little cosy Conrad for you if you need to come to LA downtown to stay.

Truly a wonderful experience! It always feels like you’re not in Downtown LA when you come here. The staff is always very friendly from the valet to concierge to room attendants. My partner and I stay here each time we visit the opera and it’s always a wonderful experience. The restaurants are delicious! A great place to visit for an escape from the city. The property is gorgeous as well.
