Absolutely amazing experience! Dr. Heredia was so good with my special needs daughter. I highly recommend this practice. I even scheduled my older daughter an appointment with Maria at the front desk who was so patient and kind. Even the nurse was amazing! Don’t hesitate to bring your little ones in they’re beyond amazing.

I was nervous to go to another community clinic. Dr. Heredia was amazing. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She was very informative and did not make me feel like a bother with all my questions. I would refer her hands down!

Absolutely in love with this office. I am a patient at the Lakeland office and always have a pleasant visit. They get me in and out quickly but handle every single visit professionally and are super kind and helpful. Scheduling is great and they are always willing to work with what I have available. All staff members I have come into contact with this far have been super friendly and understanding. Definitely recommend if you have medicaid and are looking for an amazing primary care doctor.
