I’ve worked with City Ranked, specifically Duane, over the last year and a half to assist me with my website. When my website was turned over to me (by another company I hired), I wasn’t given a ton of information regarding maintenance or much else. From time to time, I need assistance with updates and general questions on how to navigate certain aspects of my website, and I have had nothing but exceptional help from this company. I cannot emphasize enough that you should avoid using this company for any services. They overcharge and fail to deliver on promises. They try to convince you using false analytical data. When you decide to leave, they will damage your website, claiming they have proprietary software. If I could give negative stars I would.

Updated: Duane, your response reveals your true character and a lack of accountability for this situation. Your company misspelled our name, and our website contained numerous grammar and punctuation errors. When I fact-checked your report and demonstrated that CALL RAIL flagged phone solicitors, existing customers, and calls received after 5 PM as “new customers” or missed calls, the truth emerged. Instead of taking responsibility and asking how we could resolve the issue, you allowed your ego to get in the way.
