Lived here for a year, and while some things are just to be expected in apartment communities, I am disappointed with our experience for the price of rent here.

- The apartment was dirty upon move-in. The ceilings and walls were dusty from previous tenants, rather than construction. The carpet had not been replaced, cleaned, or even vacuumed after previous tenants which became obvious after finding popcorn kernels and such. Having previously worked doing move out cleans, this would not have been an acceptable job. Also disappointed in their choice of using matte paint to save a few dollars, when it it nearly impossible to clean. From move in to move out, the whole apartment had a lingering musty smell that we could not get rid of.

- My encounters with Susan were extremely rude. At one point I received a call from her starting with "you're lucky your car didn't get towed" while my car was parked in my assigned space. From then we had to worry our car would be towed, because she couldn't be bothered to fact check on her computer.

- Took 8 maintenance requests to replace the dryer with the one that is in all the other apartments, as it kept breaking.

- Had many complaints to the office about the kids playing in the road unsupervised, jumping on the hoods of cars, and even ended up with several baseball sized dents in our vehicles.

- Even with an assigned space, I'd regularly come home from work to find it taken and too late to call towing. I'd also leave in the morning to take my son to school, and many times found my spot taken by the contractors before the office would open.

- Upon move out, we received an itemized list of additional charges including carpet and paint, which as stated above weren't even done when we moved in, as well as you'd expect that to be a standard expense taken from the original deposit paid.

- When we had moved in the buildings were colorful and while the paint was a little worn, it was a nice change from the typical apartments you see.... until they repainted to the dull landlord gray that it is today. I have to say while this is not a serious issue, it was very disappointing to see.

- The gates also end up being more of a hindrance than anything, as people will line up blocking the entrance until you input your code. Also, watch out for the people that are too impatient to wait for the exit gate to open.

I would like to add that the only pleasant part of our stay worth mentioning would be Jackie in the office. She was always willing to help, professional, and understanding.

Citrus Tower Apartments, a wonderful and an ideal place for everyone that is trying to find a place to live before buying a house. There are a lot of things I like about this apartment such as people, the views, things around like pool, soccer court, and volleyball field. Let’s talk about people, we have really really great system, more than what I expected, the staffs are really great, they are willing to help you with anything you need, provide you the best information. I have 3 favorites staff that I can actually talk to them all day about my problems and sharing my happiness, Jacqueline, Sabrina, and Susan, they are beautiful, not just their looks, also their personality, and their souls. I understand price is what most people care when renting an apartment, but with all services and cares they are providing to the residents, it is just the best for me. For example, there was one night that my AC weren’t working like 9 or 10p.m and it was so hot that night, so I called the office to talk to about that, and it was like 5-10 minutes later, they already sent someone to fix my AC. Overall, this apartment is just really great for people who are trying to look for a place to stay for either a short of time or a long time. Again, the staff are really really great, anything you need to know before renting this apartment, ask Jacqueline, Sabrina, or Susan, they will provide you the best information and cares.

Jacqueline Bates was my leasing consultant, and I have nothing but good things to say about her and her process. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and easy going. The apartment complex is gorgeous and offers deluxe amenities for the tenants to enjoy. I recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a place in the Clermont area.

I lived here for almost two years, unfortunately we had to break the contract and move somewhere else, living here is precious and nice but a bittersweet experience was with the manager at the end. It's a contract point that if you want to break the lease you need to pay 2 months of rent in order to move out. They were not happy with the two months of rent but also charged me with cleaning fees when I cleaned everything and even had a person helping me to leave everything spot clean, they charged ozone when the apartment was not smelling bad and we even had an air purifier inside because my husband is a chef, they charged carpet fees when we didn't let our dog step inside the room and I even vacuumed and sprayed the carpet every week, charged paint charges when the maintenance people told us that was not a problem because they care of that once the lease is done (we were asking for paint to have some areas fixed because of the dog), they charged all of this and more, I was supposed to pay only $3150 to move out and ended up paying $4000. Do not recommend and if I ever move to Clermont again this will be the last place I'll think about.

Every day I wake up, I feel so blessed to live in such a beautiful, safe place. I love living here and the staff and residents are so very kind. Jackie, one of the leasing agents, did a great job helping me apply about 6 months ago. Susan is wonderful help, especially with billing. I feel that management truly cares about their residents here, and there’s a strong sense of community here. Maintenance is also great, fixing my bathroom sink the same day of my request!

Property is clean, and my unit was given brand new appliances before I moved in, which is very nice. Again, I am so grateful to live in such a nice complex. I also like the area it’s in, the small neighborhood of homes nearby. As a single woman, new to the area, I feel very safe living here!

Sabrina is amazing It would get 5 stars from me but the only thing that’s stopping it is the walls are so thin me and my pregnant girlfriend are constantly hearing foot steps and loud bangs from the neighbors above us we constantly reached out to the office regarding this and nothing has been done they offered that we move to another unit which is not renovated like our current unit hopefully something can be done about it but at this point I just think it’s the way the buildings are built there need to be some type of noise insulation in each apartments because hearing your neighbors cough and talk and walk is annoying
